Original Necklace by Detritus Luxe
This necklace has a Roman (Constantinople- likely emperor Theodosius) nummus coin with a cross, set in silver and paired with a sterling fishbone charm and a rough grey diamond, silver beads and chain. This is very early Christianity. A nummus was generally a low denomination of coin. Easy to wear with a strong magnetic chain.
